From Bergen the trip starts by express boat along the west coast to the Sognefjord and further a fjordcruise up the Dalsfjord which has a history dating back to the Viking Age. The tour continues by bus on the National Scenic Route across the Gaularfjell mountains with fantastic views of waterfalls and wild rapids. Before arriving Balestrand you will have breathtaking views down the hairpin bends to Balestrand.
